Summary: My check-in was delayed around 2 hours. Once I got into my hotel room the bathroom still had trash from the previous people who stayed. I was really disappointed with my stay.

Summary: I like going here because the casino has a good variety of games, lots of food options and you actually can win sometimes. The hotel is usually too expensive but is cheaper during weekdays. This time I was disappointed because they had sections blocked for carpet changes and check in was delayed because rooms weren’t ready. Rooms are nice and clean but you might have to walk a mile to get to your room. You can stay in town for half the price and rooms are just as nice.

Summary: I have traveled to Eagle Pass for work, every month for the last 5 years and have stayed at this hotel because of how comfortable my stays have been. Courteous staff, clean rooms, and for me, towels that seem like they’re always new, will keep me coming back. I especially appreciate that room numbers are no longer announced for everyone in earshot to hear, as a safety precaution.
